Job Description

The Junior Business Development Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting the Business Development function by managing new business opportunities. This position is ideal for a highly motivated and driven individual who is eager to immerse themselves in our work culture, grasp our sales process and future roadmap, and take ownership of the assigned sales pipeline for our target prospective clients.

The primary goal is to deliver tangible and measurable results. The Junior Business Development Associate is expected to proactively take the lead, exhibit creativity in identifying diverse approaches for success, and formulate a practical action plan. With proficiency in sales and business operations, this individual will collaborate with a like-minded team to realize our company's vision.

Primary Objectives

As a Junior Business Development Associate, your primary objectives are:

  • Sales Territory Management: Take ownership of a specific sales territory, actively engage with prospective clients, and drive them toward the closing phase. Focus on regulated industry customers, primarily in the BFSI sector.
  • Enable MSSPs and VARs: Identify and foster relationships with Managed Security Services Providers (MSSPs) and value-added resellers within your territory.
  • Reporting and Visibility: Provide regular updates on key metrics to the Business Development team and management, ensuring transparency and alignment with sales strategy.
  • Conduct Demo Calls and Walkthroughs: Demonstrate our Digital Risk Protection (DRP) stack to potential clients.

Qualifications

Fresh Graduate preferred or with maximum 1-2 years experience in IT & Security Sales

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or IT (preferred)

Skills

  • Ability to deliver presentations
  • Understanding the B2B sales process and negotiation
  • Excellent verbal, and written & communication skills
  • Experience with CRM software (preferred)
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines with a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
