Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for their warehouse in Fontana, CA on 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm.
TheOperations Supervisor leads and manages warehouse activities to includes oversight to safety, quality, engagement, and overall performance to the companies aligned KPI's. As the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible to coach, develop, motivate, and mentor an operational team.
This position will be responsible for managing and leading a team to execute the responsibilities as noted above.
Must be flexible to work Mon-Sat between the hours of 6am-6pm during Peak season

Key Accountabilities
- Leadership for all operations within the warehouse.
- Build team chemistry and develop associates for future roles in the business.
- Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates.
- Accountability for meeting Key Performance Indicators such as safety and dock to stock.
- Responsible for managing daily, weekly, monthly metrics and executing on counter measures.
- Build and execute productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Area Supervisors to balance labor.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Must be flexible to work Mon-Sat between the hours of 6am-6pm during Peak season
