Job Description
Our Wholesale Distributor Client is looking for an Assistant Manager to join their Concord branch! The perfect candidate for this role will be a sales-driven team player who will bring with them strong organization and communication skills to lead a team. Hourly salary between $30-$40, depending on experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Train, supervise, motivate, and evaluate counter staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel
- Oversee branch sales, margin goals, daily, weekly, and monthly
- Develop relationships with clients and vendors
- Assist with maintaining a clean store and warehouse
- Inventory management utilizing company implemented SOP's
- Effective delegation and follow-up skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School or equivalent (Preferred)
- 3+ years of Managerial experience
- 3+ years in the Retail, Wholesale, or Hospitality industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and multi-tasking ability
