We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Developer with expertise in UI/UX design and development. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing user interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional web applications. Proficiency in Vue.js is preferred.

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing user interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional web applications. Proficiency in Vue.js is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces for web applications, focusing on delivering an outstanding user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Take ownership of the frontend development process, ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to coding best practices.
- Implement and maintain reusable UI components and frontend libraries to expedite development and ensure consistency across projects.
- Conduct UI/UX research and analysis to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points, and incorporate findings into design decisions.
- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and industry standards, and evaluate their feasibility and applicability to enhance our products.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, sharing best practices, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side functionality, ensuring seamless data flow and application performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend-related issues and bugs, working closely with the QA team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design and development skills.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with a focus on modern frontend frameworks like Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Proficiency in responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Experience with frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm).
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Experience with Vue.js or other modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
- Knowledge of UI/UX design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Familiarity with backend technologies and concepts (e.g., RESTful APIs, server-side rendering).
- Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
