What impact will you have in this role? We are hiring a Business Partner for a large prominent IT Staffing firm client. This is a Sales Leadership role, that will be attached to a field office and focused on 5 large accounts. Based on your previous success in Sales for an IT Staffing company, we will align you with the right strategic accounts. You will help the Account Managers with account expansion and penetration, direct manager contact, ability to influence, complexity of account, account planning activities, and more. You will expand and grow the assigned accounts usage of consulting solutions work available and billable consultants.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
Developing account strategy and mapping
Conducting account reviews
Mentorship and Coaching of Account Managers
Client meetings within assigned accounts
What skills are required to be successful in this role? Ideal Candidate
Has a strong background in technology staffing and consulting sales.
Is passionate about developing, mentoring and coaching all levels of colleagues
Strong relationship building skills.
Has a sales background from a large national staffing firm
