The Role:

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team to deliver successful projects from start to finish. You will plan, allocate resources, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. You'll liaise with internal departments, clients, and contractors to ensure everyone knows what is expected of them. You'll maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. You'll keep an eye on project scope and financial management, whilst also understanding installation techniques and accurately estimating costs. You will represent the company professionally and maintain the project's environmental plan, which will result Your work will result in highly satisfied clients.

The Person:

We are looking for an experienced AV Installations specialist with at least 3 years of experience. Must have proven success in project management utilising Crestron & Control4. Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, develop working relationships, and manage VIP clients. Experience with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, technical subcontractors, and project teams required. Must be knowledgeable and interested in industry trends and able to manage third-party specialist contractors for external interfacing of systems.
