IT Company with a broad range of Clients and Technologies, a Microsoft Silver Partner. It was Founded in 2005, providing Global Support, Services, and management systems for up to 5000+ desktops. Head office in South East England.
The Role:
Due to industry growth, we now require self-driven and highly motivated people to come in and build on their expertise in the support sector and complement the existing team.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this position will have 1 year + experience within the support sector.

Key skills are as follows:
This role is a 1st /2nd Line Support Engineer and can also be known as a Support Analyst, Helpdesk Analyst, 1st /2nd Line Engineer, Technical Engineer, IT Support Engineer and Helpdesk Engineer.
Any qualifications such as MCSE, MCSA, MCITP or CCNA would greatly benefit your application.
