DTS Manager

You will be responsible for developing high performance, responsive user interfaces used by our customers. You will be leading a team of developers to create best practices and deliver software at pace. You will also be collaborating with other teams including architecture, Product Management and operations.Lead the development and maintenance of Products Collaborate with teams around the globe to plan, execute and deliver projects Mentor and coach team members Drive a culture of continuous improvement Track the sprint plan and remove impediments Create and execute the quarterly release plan Recruiting and hiring of software engineers Conduct performance reviews of team members Lead and facilitate feature solution, design sessions and sprint/release retrospectives Improve team velocity over time Experience and Skills required for this position include.8+ years of proven experience in large scale software development. Deep knowledge of software development processes including agile processes, test driven development and automation of the build and deployment processes (CI/CD) Proficiency with agile tracking tools such as Jira Experience in building and leading large scale Web applications Proficiency in Web/UI technologies preferably Angular and/or Redux and ].Net Experience in AWS technologies is a big plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline Strong communication skills with ability to interface with Software Development teams and Product Management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
