We are seeking Appointment Setters to join our team and assist us in scheduling appointments for workplace and post retirement benefit policies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to work independently to generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Calling clients to schedule appointments for consultations.
- Communicating effectively with potential customers to gather information about their needs.
- Qualifying potential leads and scheduling appointments for follow up calls.
- Maintaining accurate records of all calls and appointments in our CRM system.
- Following up with potential clients to confirm appointments and answer any questions they may have.
- Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly appointment setting goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing or appointment setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
