Roles & Responsibilities:
- Revenue & Profitability Target (Quarterly / Yearly).
- Working Capital Efficiency (Inventory Management, WC Turns, ROCE).
- Planning and formulation of SBU Strategy, execution, and implementation of SBU Strategy.
- Vendor Relationship Management
- Joint Business Planning
- Vendor s strategic program ownership
- Periodic Business Review (Monthly / Quarterly)
- Relationship Heat Map & Rhythm of Engagement with all key vendor stakeholders
- Market insights / intelligence, data analytics, competition analysis.
- Organic & inorganic business growth (grow faster than industry / brands)
- Enhance business opportunities through acquisition of new brands / new product categories / additional geographies / new GTMs, etc.
- Regular engagement with Channel Partners / Key Customers
- Team Management
- Lead a team of Business Managers / Group Business Managers.
- Periodic review and monitoring of team performance.
- Motivate team for good performance.
