This role would encompass development of products in all lines of general insurance business
Responsible for interacting with Marketing and Underwriting teams to evolve product concepts and implement end-to-end product filing procedures in accordance with the existing Regulations
Liaison with Product Management Committee, User departments and Actuaries in ensuring that product features and pricing are in line with the market and Regulatory requirements
Liaison with Reinsurance team to ensure that the new product introductions are in sync with reinsurance arrangements and are sufficiently protected
Organize and facilitate regular PMC meetings and periodic product performance reviews
Facilitate system development for new products through active co-ordination between underwriting, Operations, Claims and IT
Prepare and present Market Intelligence report, Identify and present innovative & creative product solutions
Designing information brochures, presentation templates, give presentations to publicize the new products to different channels of the Company
Development and submission of various analysis reports and furnishing necessary reports to Regulator
Desired Profile
8 to 18 years of experience in Insurance industry
Experience should include 3-5 years in development and launch of General Insurance line of business
Work experience in handling data and portfolio analysis
