Job Description

Job Title: Key Account Manager

Location: Ashbourne, Meath


Teamworx are hiring a driven and ambitious Key Account Manager, who will use their passion for sales coupled with their organisational skills and attention to detail, to strategically continue to contribute to the growth of our clients

While reporting to the Head Of Sales, you will represent the overall interests of the company through the effective management of the ongoing relationships with the existing client base while also being responsible for the identification of new markets and clients to engage with for future growth, development, and success of the amazing products within cosmetics

Role Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow several key retail accounts, delivering agreed plans across Cosmetics and Tanning category both in store and online
  • Presenting NPD to key retailers, and completing all relevant product set up forms in time for launch dates
  • Continuously maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients through quarterly face to face meetings
  • Implement best-practice pipeline, sales forecasting, and opportunity management
  • Work cross functionally with the marketing and graphic design team to ensure clients specific needs are looked after from beginning to end
  • The achievement of budgeted sales and margin targets
  • Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate with other internal functions with the aim of providing a best-in-class service to the customer
  • Fostering of strong working relationships with relevant customers in order to ensure delivery of agreed business plans
  • Deliver clear JBPs and promotional plans and spend within agreed timeframe
  • Day to day administrative tasks to ensure all customers have marketing and launch assets, promotional asset forms and sufficient stocks at all times


Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, or previous management of retail accounts desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Ability to multitask to ensure flawless execution and delivery
  • Organisational skills essential to support the sales goals
  • You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, and can communicate new and innovative ideas
  • Excellent attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Understanding of retail operations and clients end to end needs essential
