  • Order Management processing customer orders onto company database; including pricing and customer You will be responsible for the management of the vehicle process from receipt of the order to point of
  • Customer Management updating customers on the progress of their orders, addressing concerns and providing effective solutions to
  • Quoting assisting clients with pricing on the clients range, using product knowledge to advise on model variants/options available to enhance the customers

Requirements

  • Ideal candidates will have:

    • Previous Account Administration experience (ideally in Fleet support or similar environment)
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • IT Literate experience of using Outlook, Excel and Word
    • Ability to work in a faced paced environment
    • Full and valid UK driving licence
    • Evidence of right to work in the UK
