Marmaris / Turkey:
Guest Relations Person Required:
REF: 0989
Location:Armutalan, Marmaris / Turkey
Important: Must be living in Marmaris with residency in order to get work ;Or can have kimlik (Turkish nationality throughmarriage)
Job Description:
-To be the link between the guests at the hotel, maintain open lines of communication between staff and
-Greeting guests as they arrive
-Working with other employees to create a positive atmosphere within the
-Informing guests of hotel
-Handling and resolving
-Appropriate care with special needs
-Solving any issues arising from guests questionnaire forms
-Social media
-Assist with advertising
Requirements:

-Aggressive problem
-Have the ability to manage crises successfully
-Computer competent
-Important: Must be living in Marmaris with residency in order to get work ;Or can have kimlik (Turkish nationality throughmarriage)
-Nationality of staff required:British
-Languages Required:;
Hours:Full time - 9 hours daily 6 days a
Start Date:ASAP
Length of contract:Ongoing (part time in winter)
