We are looking for an experienced and independent Finance assistant/bookkeeper who will be part of the journey of transforming digital communication in the healthcare ;
As Finance assistant/bookkeeper you will be part of a well-functioning finance department with close collaboration with the companys CFO, financial controller and student You get a versatile position where you independently work with a wide range of exciting tasks and get a wide range of contacts in the organization with good insight into the ;

Responsibilities

  • Booking vendor invoices in Workbook

  • Provisioning and payment of vendors

  • Posting bank transactions

  • Booking customer payments

  • Debtor reminders

  • Reconciliation tasks in connection with monthly closing

  • Booking credit card payments

  • Practical ad hoc tasks



Requirements

  • Relevant accounting education and solid practical experience in accounting/bookkeeping
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office primarily Excel
  • Flair for IT and digital tools
  • Very good communication skills in English, both written and
  • Knowledge of Danish and/or German is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Workbook will be an advantage but is not a requirement
  • Are not afraid to take ownership and responsibility for your own tasks
  • Are aware of prioritizing tasks with fixed deadlines
  • Are outgoing and has good communication skills
  • Are solution-oriented and outreach to problems
  • By nature, have a positive attitude and thrive on working in an environment where teamwork is a big part of your everyday life
