STORE MANAGER - Carlow
Teamworx are delighted to announce this wonderful role for an experienced Store Manager based in Carlow with a leading Retail ;
The successful candidate will have the ability to manage a large team, be accountable for delivering long term profitability and sales growth and create excellence in the customer
Benefits & Salary
- Attractive Salary of 60K based on previous experience and proven track
- Benefits include pension, health care as well as continuous training and company
The ideal candidate:
- Will have 3+years Retail experience managing a large turnover and teams of 30+ Staff
- Experience managing P&S and responsibility for targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
