Key Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate
- At least 5 years retail experience including direct people management
- Strong relevant product knowledge / track record in sale of Agri / Building / Hardware / is a requirement of this role
- Proficiant IT knowledge (excelemailPOS)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with a proven ability to build & maintain strong working relationships with customers, colleagues &
- Demonstrated ability to lead people and obtain results through team work, motivation and real employee
- Strong business acumen, customer focus and commercially
- Demonstrable initiative with a solutions oriented mindset
- Ability to control and analyse sales performance for each department versus budget
- Ability to deliver cost effective service to maximise sales
- Be prepared to work in a dynamic and fast- moving environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational, planning, prioritisation and time management skills
