We are looking for a Talent Support Specialist whom will assist the Talent Management team with candidate Ideally you should be comfortable to use multiple platforms of technology to keep the candidate status updated at all You should also be data driven to be able to make sense of the data through PowerBi
Your duties includes but not limited to -
Handle all administrative duties, data entry and correspondence management
Generating and managing database in multiple systems
Maintain updated records of student s profiles
Coordinate and support operations on a day to day basis
Able to handle large volumes of data
Should be tech savvy and comfortable toggling between multiple systems
Proficient at advanced excel, pivot table, vlookup, Proficiency in PowerBi is an addedadvantage.
Fully remote work
Requirements At least a University graduate Minimum 2 years B2B infocomm solutions sales and/or talents recruitment experience in Tech industry Working exposure in tech start-up will be an advantage Network/familiarity within the tech industry is advantageous Must be from a recruitment technology background with exposure in handling IT domain (Technology Infrastructure, Data Analytics, ERP systems)
