Job Description
Open Position:Senior Network Engineer (MNC IT Service Provider)
An MNC IT Service Provider is looking forNetwork Engineer Level 2 (Telecommunication)to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide Level 2 Technical Network Support to APAC region clients
- Good experience in network troubleshooting, monitor, and analysis by using network managements tools and system
- Having IT certifications such as ITIL, CCNA and CCNP would be added advantage
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience and Telco related Technology experience
- Must have working experience with Layer 2, SDH, DWDM and IP networking
- Continuously drive service improvement and optimise resources to deliver the best possible value to the customers
- Coordinate resolution of complex issues that involve multiple technical resources as well as facilitating customer communications during service interruptions or outages
- Team player with good communication and stakeholder management skills
