Senior IT Support Engineer (Apple) - (f/m/d)

__WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

• Be the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware
• Providing technical support on-site,
• Help setup and maintain audio and video equipment
• Test and evaluate new technologies
• Create training material and documentation to support employees
• Analyze support requests to discover underlying issues and trends
• Continuously improve the quality of IT support provided to a global organization

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a technical help desk or support role

• Hands-on experience with macOS

• Experience with ticketing / service desk applications ( Jira Service Desk)

• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken

• Customer-oriented mind set

• Ideally experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Identity Management with Okta

• Microsoft365 administration

• Mobile device management, JAMF or Microsoft Intune

• Administration of Atlassian products (Confluence & Jira)

• Scripting ( Bash, PowerShell, )__
