Responsibilities include:

• Administer intravenous medications and treatments in patients homes
  

• Monitor patients progress and adjust treatments accordingly
  

• Provide patient and family education on treatment plans and procedures
  

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment plans
  

Requirements:

• Active RN license
  

• 1 year+ of experience as an Infusion Nurse
  

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
  

• Knowledge of infusion therapy, medications, and related equipment
  

• Phlebotomy experience
