We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join a highly regarded growing care provider to manage a 77 bed care home near Sevenoaks in Kent.

This is a fabulous home newly commissioned in 2022 and with a fantastic reputation in the local area has a perfect review score of 10 on carehome.co.uk!

If you are interested you will need proven experience as a care home manager with a real passion for providing the highest levels of care for older adults some of which are living with dementia.

A genuine passion for the wellbeing of residents and staff is essential along with clinical expertise
and a strong understanding of CQC regulations. If you have a solid track record in maintaining good
CQC ratings along with running a profitable care home then we'd love to hear from you!

The role:

• As General Manager you will take overall responsibility for the care home ensuring that it reaches at least an Overall Good inspection report with CQC.
• As an inspiring manager you will motivate your team to provide the highest standards of personcentered care activities and hospitality services.
• You will also effectively manage the home’s budget whilst ensuring the residents are more than adequately catered for.
• As the manager you will further develop relationships in the local community really cementing the home's positive reputation in the Swanley area.

About you:

• As the home provides nursing care it will be great if you are a Registered Nurse although this isn't necessary as long as you have some knowledge and experience in this area
• More importantly you will be an experienced Registered Manager with a good track record of achieving positive outcomes for residents evidenced by good CQC reports.
• You will be a confident individual able to positively represent the home and company with a range of different stakeholders.
