Position : Dispatch Officer
Job Location : Halol , Gujarat
About the company:
One of the reputed names in wires and cables manufacturing
Job Requirement:
- Any Graduate candidate with 3-4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry
Job Summary:
- Maintaining Stock Level/Inventory
- Arranging Vehicles for Transhipment
- Keep tracking record of all project dispatch clearance and follow up for shipments
- Arranging online shipments taken place from factory
- To pass on dispatch intimation to customers after dispatch
- Timely dispatch of finished goods to meet customer requirements as per specification
- Arrange FOB Documents prior to Dispatch – Documents like Weigh Bills, Excise formalities like clearance, Insurance, Road Permits, for smooth ;
- Ensuring for Regular FMS for Zero Complaints from Transporter
