Job Title : Service Desk L2 Support Engineer ( US Time zone )

Location : Hyderabad Telangana
We are seeking a skilled L2 Support Specialist to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software and hardware troubleshooting with a focus on Windows operating systems Microsoft Office 365 and various customerspecific legacy software. The L2 Support Specialist will play a crucial role in resolving complex technical issues providing onsite and dispatch support and ensuring seamless operation of video conferencing and audio devices.


Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Software Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Windows 7 10 and 11 operating systems.
  • Office Applications Support: Assist users with issues related to Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Legacy Software Support: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support customerbuilt legacy software.
  • Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues for devices covered under warranty and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
  • Dispatch Support: Coordinate and manage dispatch support as outlined in the provided support table.
  • Onsite Engineer Support: Provide onsite technical support in accordance with the guidelines specified in the support table.
  • Printer Support: Offer handson assistance for printer setup troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Video Conference & Audio Devices Support: Provide handson and remote support for video conferencing and audio devices ensuring optimal performance.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
