Your challenge:

As a Growth Designer in a cross-functional context, you will plan and execute the research and design activities on the Growth mission team, working in close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Your mission will be to deeply understand the problems customers have, define, iterate and experiment with ways to solve these problems, and ultimately, to bring solutions into Your role will help design and implement strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our Part of this challenge is in effectively measuring the impact of growth efforts and making data-driven

Your responsibilities:

• Analyse product analytics to understand user behaviour and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct user research to gather insights about user needs and pain points
• Develop hypotheses about how to improve key metrics such as user acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Collaborate with your mission team and other peers, to plan and implement growth experiments along the customer journey, with an initial focus on acquisition and user onboarding
• Create iterative designs and prototypes to test these hypotheses
• Work together to test and measure the effectiveness of different design solutions
• Work closely with their own cross-functional team, including product management, engineering, and data science, as well as with other product teams to incorporate feedback and ensure that designs are technically feasible and aligned with business

Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience in a design role (UX designer, interaction design, product designer)
• 2+ years of experience in a Growth Designer role
• Working knowledge of and business fluency in English (our main working language at Taxfix), knowledge of other languages (in particular German) is an
• Ability to move key business metrics through hypothesis-driven design processes
• Strong prioritisation skills to balance feasibility with time and resource constraints, distinguishing critical from non-critical issues
• Proven experience in user testing and user research
• Experience with research or analytics tools such as , and Looker is an advantage
• Able to collaborate in participatory, team-based environment and support and inspire teams through collaboration as well as direction and vision
• Advanced stakeholder management vocal and confident in a team-based environment
• Comfortable with your work not (all) ending up being implemented, and you are not precious about your ideas
