Position : Production Supervisor
Job Location : Nashik
About the company:
One of the leading names in manufacturing of Switchgear
Job Requirement:
Diploma (Mechanical) / / Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical) with 4 Years’ experience in batch type mass production of light engineering (Electrical)
Job Role:
- To ensure that production target is achieved on daily as well as monthly
- Ensure availability of Men, Machine, material on shop before schedule
- Maintain shop floor discipline, control on process
- Ensure availability of material on shop before schedule
- Periodic Training to contract workmen based on Skill matrix
- Weekly & Monthly rejection analysis & reporting
- Experience in batch type mass production of light engineering products
- Knowledge of Latest manufacturing techniques - Automations
Functional Skills:
- Manpower handling skills
- Men management & communication skills
- Problem solving techniques
- Relevant product knowledge
- Awareness to ISO 90001
