Role Context:

We are looking for an individual with a strategic bent of mind to act as an evangelist, liaison, and This person would specifically focus on engaging with various channel partners industry associations, corporate and government bodies (as required) to engage and connect with the broader SME members of the respective Ideally, this individual would be a self-starter with deep experience on account management, channel marketing, partner success, B2B with some experience (preferable) working with ;

The Partner Success Manager will be the individual responsible for communicating and developing a strategic relationship with channel By developing a significant understanding of our programs, a successful channel partner will educate and excite both existing and new partners through structured, clear and thoughtful position requires close collaboration with the product, delivery and marketing

About the role:

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Partner Success Manager who would be responsible for driving success in Wadhwani Foundation s partnerships with the channel partenrs and SME ecosystem constituents (Associations, Federations, Advisors, ) in particular to help ensure meaningful contributions from these partners towards the foundation s SME

The Partner Success Manager will be the individual responsible for co-building marketing and outreach strategies with the channel partners and generating demand for the By developing a significant understanding of our programs, a successful Partner Success Manager will create a win-win proposition for both Wadhwani Foundation and its channel partners with respect to the deliverables towards the Advantage


Responsibilities:

  • Be the single POC between Wadhwani Foundation and its Channel Partners for all topics related to the Wadhwani Foundation s Advantage
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship
  • Identify and source partnership opportunities by generating and following up on leads to new channel partners
  • Develop strategies and formulate marketing tactics with the Product, Program, and Channel Partners to promote community platform events and content across the web
  • Research partners, identify key players and work closely with the program head on generating interest and onboarding the new partner
  • Onboard new channel partners and their members for the advantage program
  • Monitor, moderate, and manage contributions from Wadhwani Foundation Channel Partners towards content, learning and development courses, events, advisors, mentors, and investors on the community platform and help build a healthy demand of Advantage ;
  • Address and troubleshoot all partner queries related to the Advantage program
  • Synthesize insights from community interactions and surface critical issues to the product, program, and Channel Partner teams
  • Collaborate with senior management and other program teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
  • Set goals for, track and report on community-related metrics with Channel Partners while ensuring upwards visibility as well as helping inform on metrics
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements in accordance with foundation s contract guidelines and policies
  • Deliver a great experience to our partners - you will represent our brand and be our partners liaison internally

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 10-12 years of total work experience with 2-3 years of partner management with industry associations, government, etc and growing a channel business model to large scale
  • Strong external and internal stakeholder management experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Preferably, experience working in a Startup environment
  • Strong understanding of building channel marketing approach/es
  • Strong work ethic, communication skills, writing ability, business development
  • Comfort with (or eagerness to learn) analytical and reporting
  • Deep curiosity, relentless resourcefulness, and a growth mindset
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a rapidly shifting landscape
  • Patience and maturity in helping out the new and unacquainted

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Own and drive member onboarding quantity metrics by working hand in hand with partners, internal deployment teams, and marketing team
  • Own and drive Daily Active, Weekly Active, and Monthly Active engagement metrics with Community success managers
  • Own new partner onboarding targets and success metrics agreed with onboarded partners
  • Partner query handling & resolution
