• Work with a busy team, and carrying out day to day operations and administration within the business, dealing with customers, suppliers, marketing activity and the sales
  
• Help develop and nurture new accounts for istil38 alongside the commercial
  
• Provide guidance, and appraisals to the sales team to encourage a forward-thinking attitude and a positive culture that helps them achieve their full potential
  
• Maximise customer satisfaction by treating them as an individual and delivering an exceptional service experience
  
• identifying any shortfalls and implement plans to improve performance
  
• Analyse local market statistics to identify opportunities within the territory
  
• Organise forecasts and reports in a clear and timely manner
  

• Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or similar role is desirable
  
• A customer-focused individual with an uncompromising attitude to delivering customer service and maintaining a customer-centric culture within the team
  
• Outstanding interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
  
• Innovative individuals willing to explore new methods of driving
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team to develop their full potential
  
• A full valid Driving Licence
  
• Hands on approach
