- initiate and coordinate internal communication campaigns in order to support organizational values and culture;

- plans, establishes and oversees the employers social media presence and channels related to talent acquisition and employer branding campaigns;
- keep a close eye to the employer branding and internal communication budgets;
- provides presentations in front of the board;
- manage and continuously improve the company s career website to ensure that it is a creative and effective tool for attracting suitable
- minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar position, with employer branding, employee experience and internal communication projects/roles;
- successfull projects in the employee experience management area;
- excellent English skills (verbal and written);
- able to coordinate multi projects;
