Employer Branding Partner

- responsible for employer branding and internal communication strategies action plans and implementation;

- initiate and coordinate internal communication campaigns in order to support organizational values and culture;

- organizes internal events for our employees;

- responsible for employee surveys, results communication and action plans;

- plans, establishes and oversees the employers social media presence and channels related to talent acquisition and employer branding campaigns;

Requirements

- minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar position, with employer branding, employee experience and internal communication projects/roles;

- successfull projects in the employee experience management area;

- excellent English skills (verbal and written);
