Job Description
Our client,a world leader in Biotechnology & BioPharmaceuticals, is seeking a highly motivated individual with warehouse and related supply chain experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical As the Supply Chain Specialist, you will provide operational support including transactional execution of the 3PL warehouse This position will not and doesn t require operations of powered industrial vehicles nor the ability to perform any physical warehouse functions ( lifting, kneeling, or squatting). Additionally, you work within the Supply Chain organization to support key tasks necessary to support commercial and clinical
Responsibilities:
Providing administrative assistance to the Supply Chain which includes ensuring receiving, transferring, and shipping of Raw
Providing administrative assistance to the Supply Chain which includes ensuring receiving, transferring, and shipping of Raw
Works with planning group for receiving
Identifies documentation discrepancies
Investigates material quantity discrepancies at time of
Review other staff good receiving documentation for
Coordinates and executes material movements between 3PL providers and manufacturing
Perform ERP transactions to receive and transfer
Completes and files good receipt documentation as per Standard Operating
Ensure individual employee training is up to
Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience in related field and a High School
Able to follow all assigned Standard Operating
Able to apply knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
Able to work in a fast-paced team
Demonstrates good organizational skills and a professional
Solid communication skills (both written and verbal)
Solid typing and basic computer skills
