Job Description
Open Position:Desktop Migration (1-Month Project)
Calling IT Students/Graduates/Working Professionals that are available to support the Desktop Migration project happening in December 2022 for 1-month
Your responsibilities include installing a new operating system and platform and upgrading applications and desktop systems within the company s You must test the compatibility of existing PC software and provide fixes or alternatives if You will also provide post-migration support to help employees with the new operating systems, troubleshoot when issues arise and
Tasks involved:
- Test and clean PCs, laptops and other related hardware as
- Maintain, analyse, and troubleshoot software and computer peripherals as needed during the
- Set up, configure and add all required hardware during
- Restore all user and configuration data from user s
- Migrate from Local domain to Global active directory (AD)
- Provide resolution of end user s technical issues post
