The Senior SFDC Developer will provide technical expertise to the US Access & Commercial Excellence product This position focuses on the continuing evolution, implementation, and support of existing and new vendor-based systems to support critical business The Senior SFDC Developer will work with a Poland-based development team and onsite contractors as needed to complete

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Operations team to resolve production
  
• Proactively monitor system performance and resolve
  
• Provide leadership and guidance to the developer
  
• Participate in business process analysis, use case creation, and requirements
  
• Responsible for designing, prototyping, developing and unit testing solutions for projects and maintenance & enhancement
  
• Create and maintain technical specifications, system interface diagrams, unit testing scenarios and system support
  
• Follow best practices and standards to ensure technical
  
• Adhere to high quality software development lifecycle (, Agile, Waterfall).
  
• Provide root cause analysis to resolve complex issues as part of
  
• Work on multiple priorities at the same time and manage the work/time
  
• Demonstrates accountability by contributing to the completion of assigned
  
• Participate in projects as
  
• Review Salesforce release notes and make recommended changes to ensure trouble free
  
• Identify and eliminate technical
  

Requirements

• Experience with Service Console (both Classic and Lightning), Service Cloud, advanced Communities (Lightning, out of the box, fully custom on AngularJS), Heroku with Java applications
  
• Experience in integration technologies ( SOA/ Web services: REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, Messaging, File Transfer)
  
• Experience in web technologies ( HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Javascript frameworks like Angular, React, Ember, Polymer, Backbone or
  
• Experience with GIT Version Control
  
• Have been an active member of software engineering teams (SCRUM preferred).
  
• Experience with development in a multi-tiered release environment and Continuous Integration
  
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud preferred
  
• Skills Experience in BioTech/Pharmaceutical industries desirable though not required
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Demonstrate customer focus and proven ability to work in fast paced environment
  
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant
  
• 3 years of experience including strong programming experience and knowledge of SOQL and SFDC programming (Apex, Visual Force, ).
  
• Salesforce Advanced Certification ( DEV-501).
  
• Lightning knowledge required (Lightning Components, Lightning Bolt Communities, configuring using standard and app exchange lightning components, Lightning Sales/Service Console)
