Job Description

Job Summary:

The Director of First Impressions ensures a positive first impression for customers and Serves as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the



Supervisory Responsibilities:

None


Duties/ Responsibilities:

Greet all customers and vendors and help them accordingly

Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

Answer and/or forward incoming calls and take messages for those who are not in the office

Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone or email

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail deliveries and manage all deliveries that come to the main office by Fed Ex, USPS, UPS,

Retrieve messages off the voice mail - every morning or check emailed voicemails

Keep reception area and lobby tidy and presentable

Maintain phone directory with accurate and up-to-date phone, cell, and email addresses

Assist new applicants with the application process and provide them with applications, pens, clipboards, and reference Schedule testing per direction from the HR

Maintain and manage Gate Access pass codes and

Support sales team by entering SO#s to board

Add new opportunities to board

Transfer leads to corresponding sales team

Perform other duties as assigned




Requirements

Required Skills/ Abilities:

3+ years of experience in a customer service environment

Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining deadlines

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Ability to prioritize tasks and utilize multi-tasking skills

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of proven work as a customer service rep or receptionist

Minimum 2 years office/clerical experience


Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a

Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at
