Job Description
- Operate blow-mold machines with Parison Programming to ensure production of quality bottles and perform audits, weights and quality checks.
- Good knowledge about plastic materials and quality standards.
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to the production team.
- Oversee the plastics production process; Develop and document effective processes to manufacture plastic parts that meet design and quality requirements.
- Work with the Assembly department to ensure on time delivery.
- Troubleshoot non-conforming parts, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective action as needed.
- Make adjustments to meet product specifications.
