Job Description
- Ensures that production programs are completed by controlling the load distribution among the machines.
- Coordinates the supply of raw materials based on the established manufacturing program.
- Analyzes and solves any operating and non-operating problems that may arise in the area and determines the causes for problems and the corrective actions to be taken to solve it.
- Controls the production and makes sure that quality and security standards are met.
- Ensures compliance with the budget by participating together with the Engineering and Costs areas, in the definition of consumption standards and of investments planned for the area and monitoring actual versus budgeted consumption providing detailed explanations of any possible differences.
- Ensures the equipment's correct functioning by working together with the maintenance area in the identification of potential problems, in improvements to be implemented as well as in machinery reinstallations to be made.
