For a permanent position at our client s site (up to 60% home office possible within Switzerland), a mid-sized bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Change and Release Manager.

In this exciting role, you will drive the implementation of agile Change and Release Management procedures, while ensuring that the banks overall change program is effectively planned and executed.

Tasks

• Responsible for driving the change and release transformation
• Managing priorities, quality targets are adhered to, and dependencies and risks are identified
• Support initiatives driving the technology transformation such as data analytics, event management, and process automation
• Lead a small team and manage external service providers
• Manage the banks release schedule, underpinning the delivery of strategic and transformation projects
• Ensure effective process execution, scope alignment with business priorities, delivery of expected value, and performance monitoring

Requirements

• Many years of experience as a Change and Release Manager within an IT Service Management/Service delivery or agile delivery environment
• Experience with Service Now or another ITSM tool including practical experience implementing or managing processes
• Flexible and proactive personality with a structured and independent way of work
• Strong communication skills on all levels with the ability to set priorities
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage
