EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
A Bachelors degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience. Alternatively, exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidates particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
Knowledge of:
NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT.
AirC2 including ACCS
DUTIES/ROLE:
Work under the direction of Branch Head Service Management
Manage all configuration management activities in the CSU
Identify, classify and specify configuration items (CIs)
Updates the Configuration Management Database with accurate and current data
Assists in release and deployment tasks ensuring integration with operational baseline
Manages:
CSU Definitive Media Library
CSU Licenses
Coordinates with CSU Change Management on matters of software licensing, change proposals and approvals, software releases/updates
Establishing and maintaining close contacts with staff of the Agency
Coordination and cooperation of work with other directorates within the NCIA
