Job Description

Your mission

Your mission is to support our growth departments in meeting our overall growth targets through further developing, reiterating, optimising, and streamlining our processes and technology to deliver an efficient and effective experience for our prospects, customers, and growth team members. You will work closely with our CRO, Heads of sales, marketing, and customer success and will be supported by a Junior sales operations associate.

What you'll do:

  • Define the Growth operations ( Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success) vision and strategy that drives performance improvements and enhances the impact of the growth team.
  • Manage growth operational tools and act as a go-to person for these tools
  • Onboard and train Sales, Marketing, and Customer success to internal tools and to our CRM.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our internal and external data sources.
  • Collaborate across functions to structure operational problems that are currently hindering the performance of the growth team, conduct analysis, and drive to solutions through a rigorous, data-driven process.
  • Ensure processes are designed, documented, understood, and followed in a way that minimizes bad or incomplete data.
  • Create and manage project plans with clearly defined deliverables and resources, coordinate work streams and dependencies, track and communicate progress, and identify obstacles and ensure they are addressed.
  • Report the impact of operational projects on the growth team and the bottom line of the growth funnel. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards.
  • Support growth team leads in reporting particularly on the topic of growth funnel including volume, velocity, conversion stage-to-stage, and average value; make sure funnel measures can be analyzed by key dimensions such as acquisition channels, industry, geo, and company sizes.

Your profile

  • 3+ years in a similar role such as Growth/Sales/Revenue operations or in a technical data-related role.
  • Passion for numbers and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
  • Experience working with Hubspot is a plus.
  • Exemplary spoken and written English including the ability to concisely present project deliverables.
  • Based in Europe (CET +/-2hrs)
