Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/d)

YOUR MISSION

You will be working closely with our internal and our customers team on the delivery of time critical roles & projects. Additionally you will establish processes and drive initiatives to build up the company. You ll participate and support in building the pplwise recruiting academy and drive our growth as well as our customers.

YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT

• Be a partner to rising tech-scale ups and support them to manage their ambitious growth plans with pplwise best-practices
• Build and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and build trust by delivering & proactive communication
• Build a strong pipeline and engage talent across the EMEA region via innovative ways & by creating a great candidate experience
• Consult our clients in improving efficiency and effectivity based on our best practices and blue prints
• Learn how to scale startups and scale ups at different scales and company phases
• Be an excellent team player! Support your team and empower team success and achievements
• Be data driven and use data to make informed decisions and tweak wherever necessary
• Communicate and enforce organizational values & influence the company culture positively
• Contribute in building an outstanding Talent Acquisition academy to scale our overall organization on top standards
• Participate in retros and workshops to shape and build the pplwise organization and processes

YOUR PAST EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• You have 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a rapid growth environment
• You have a track-record of owning end-to-end recruitment processes and you put great value on an extraordinary candidate experience
• You have profound project management skills and shine in prioritization within a fast paced environment
• You are excited about process optimisation and automatisation via innovative tools
• You are self-driven and result oriented, with an eye for detail
• You have an analytical mindset and drive change through data
• You thrive on creating an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
• Your communication skills in English are excellent, German is a plus
