For our client, an international High Net Worth family, we are looking for an experienced German-speaking Household Manager / Butler (m/f). You will be working on a private villa in a beautiful location in Weggis.
Tasks
- Household management monitoring estate, arranging minor repairs and organising various necessary contractors
- Budgeting and shopping for the estate (including assisting Chef with food purchases) and monitoring deliveries
- All administrative and organizational things related to the estate
- Managing and guiding household personnel, including housekeepers, a chef, a gardener etc.
- Assisting with recruitment processes, meeting candidates for interviews, onboarding new members of staff
- Organising lunches, dinners and events to the high level (with the assistance from Chef)
- Meeting and greeting guests when required, answering phone calls
- Personal and lifestyle shopping when required

- German speaker, English is advantageous
- Ideally you know Switzerland, so can advise on cultural and professional aspects
- Driving licence
- Responsible, reliable, organised, able to guarantee confidentiality, positive and friendly manner
- Ideally you are based within commutable distance to your place of work as this is not a live-in position
- EU/EFTA-passport or a valid permit to working in Switzerland
