Job Description

Building a team of PFAs:

  • Identifying prospective PFAs as per the guidelines of the organization
  • Coordinating the appointment process of the PFAs
  • Activation of successfully appointed new PFAs through hand holding, participation in OJT and ensuring their motivation to sell
  • Achieving the number of active PFAs in his / her team as per the organization targets

Deliver sales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated Sales Process:

  • Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals
  • Ensuring adherence by PFAs to the Sales process as mandated by the company
  • Motivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for the PFA are achieved
  • Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs
  • Ensure that R&R schemes are communicated to understood by the PFAs in the team and used effectively to motivate and help team perform
  • Work towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team of PFAs
  • Track customer proposals through to conversion

Training and Grooming his / her team of PFAs:

  • Identify training needs across the team
  • Co-ordination with Branch Development Partner for the development and training of PFAs in his team
  • Mega launch of each new PFA
  • Maintain ongoing communication and connect with the team to share details of upcoming contests, R&R, processes, etc.
  • Perform the role of a people manager fostering a culture of ownership, customer focus, entrepreneurship and team work across the entire branch.


Requirements

Any person who is working other than Agency vertical in insurance. Any direct/ Banca experience is welcome
DSA Employees
Bank CASA Sales Employees
FMCG sales representatives
Medical sales representatives
Brokers and other financial services sales employee

Age Limit: 23 to 45 Years
