Tasks

What you ll be doing

• Assisting in support of the following: VMWare-based Infrastructure, including vSAN, Replication, vCenters, Clusters, Servers and etc
• Customer Support on the general public and private cloud problems.
• Technical Assessment and Problem Solving
• Assisting in supporting the backup infrastructure based on Veeam Solutions ( VBR, Cloud Connect )
• Assisting in managing the company s internal L3 and L2 network infrastructure

Requirements

What we expect from you

• VMware VCP-DCV level knowledge or experience level
• Experience with Veeam VBR complex deployments
• Cisco CCNA level knowledge or average understanding of network equipment configurations and technologies, experience with firewalls is preferred
• Problem investigation and log analysis skills, ability to analyze and find the root cause.
• Understanding of Public Cloud/Private Cloud Infrastructure, VMWare Infrastructure, Backup Types, ITIL processes, Security requirements, Working with Cloud Platforms, Windows, and Basic Linux Administration
• Ability to meet deadlines and self-manage your workload
• Excellent communication skills with high energy and a great attitude
• English is a must
