UX Designer 60 - 100 mwd

SwissFEX operates an independent mortgage comparison platform for intermediaries. We digitize and simplify the mortgage brokerage process and create transparency.

To strengthen our team we are looking for a colleague in the field of User Experience Design to join us immediately or by agreement.

Tasks

In this creative and important role you will be responsible for the design and usability of our platform. You will work closely with the development teams product management and other stakeholders to ensure an outstanding user experience. Your tasks include:

• Conducting user research and usability tests to identify user requirements and opportunities for improvement
• Creating wireframes mockups and prototypes to visualize design concepts
• Developing attractive and functional user interfaces considering current design trends and usability principles
• Collaborating closely with developers and product managers to ensure the feasibility and quality of designs
• Collecting and analyzing user feedback to continuously improve the user experience
• Creating and maintaining design guidelines and style guides to ensure a consistent user experience

Requirements

• Completed studies in graphic design interaction design HCI (HumanComputer Interaction) or a related field
• Professional experience as a UX designer ideally in the financial industry
• Solid knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Figma Adobe XD etc.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability tests
• Strong creative and analytical skills as well as a good understanding of user behavior
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Selfreliant and structured working style
• Proficient in English both written and spoken
