Your tasks
As a (Senior) Growth Marketing Manager at Bots & People you will be:
- Being our CRM Hawkeye: Overseeing and setting up tracking between the website and Hubspot to ensure holistic funnel monitoring and relevant insights for the Sales team
- Researching leads that match our ICP and personas
- Coordinating and setting up marketing-led campaigns via Apollo
- Setting up relevant LinkedIn automations with the help of tools like Phantombuster or Linkedhelper to increase our followers and the overall engagement with Bots & People and our sales force
- Setting up Linkedin and Google Ads, tracking budget spend and performance, and continuously improving our KPIs
- Managing off-page SEO and searching for collaboration partners for Bots & People with appropriate strategies
- Ensuring that all technical conditions for a successful SEO strategy are in place
- Managing our website in Webflow (technical setup)
- Managing the tracking of Google Tag manager via Search Console and Google Analytics
Your profile
- You have 3+ years of experience in a B2B startup in the area of performance marketing, growth, or demand generation, and you've seen channels like content and events grow in parallel
- You re ready to get your hands dirty by setting up ads, analytics, or technical SEO topics - and in the mid-to-long-term, you are excited to lead a team and oversee these activities
- You bring enthusiasm for process automation and new technologies such as RPA, AI, and process mining
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and you are fluent in English and German
- You can live up to our credo - " no more boring "- and consider Growth strategies beyond the status quo
- You have previously collaborated with agencies for topics like performance marketing, SEO, or analytics

- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment: As proof of this we expect you to bring 2+ years of experience at a scale-up (anything from 30 to 200) or in management consulting, or to convince us why this doesn t matter
- You demonstrate ownership: You bring your own topics to every agenda and follow through on commitments. You don't just identify problems but also propose solutions.
- You are a clear and effective communicator: You use Slack and Asana to plan, manage, and execute projects keeping the right stakeholders informed and addressing prioritization needs and tensions as they come up.
