Your Tasks:

• Support in the planning, organization and administration of various HR tasks
• HR data administration and ensuring data accuracy in our HR tools (e.g. Personio)
• Support with HR process documentation
• Support with HR & Talent Acquisition projects
• Active Sourcing and selection of candidates
• Support in recruiting: scheduling of interviews, correspondence with applicants, posting of job advertisements etc.

Your Profile:

• You are an enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student in Hamburg, preferably studying in a related field
• You have proficiency in MS Office
• You are detail-oriented, especially when it comes to working with data
• Ideally, some work experience in an office environment, data processing in salesforce, and a concept about office management and people and culture topics
• You are not afraid to ask questions and give suggestions, seek ways to improve our processes, and proactively oversee your tasks and duties
• You have a hands-on mentality and great communication skills
• You shine in reliability and honesty
• You speak English fluently, German is a plus
• You collaborate well in a team environment
• You are based in Hamburg and happy to come into our office
