Entry level - Virtual Personal Assistant (Remote)

We are seeking an entry-level Virtual Personal Assistant to join our team. The Virtual Personal Assistant will work remotely to provide administrative support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to clients, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and maintaining calendars
• Assist with research, data entry, and document preparation
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
• Manage client correspondence and communication
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with virtual assistance or administrative support is a plus
