Job Title
Project Finance Analyst (Debt Funding)
Reports to
Project Finance Head, India
Location
Gurgaon, India
Key Deliverables
Prepare financial models for Term Loans and working Capital requirements.
Prepare Information Memorandum (IM), Bank proposals, corporate presentations and DPR workings.
Liaison with Banks/ FIs, LIEs, LLCs and Lenders agents
Assist in legal documentation and providing information to Credit rating agencies
Make project reports and documentation to facilitate debt closure
Interact with lenders on status on loan applications, documentation etc to facilitate debt closure
Support due diligence process on financial documents
Qualification & Experience
Requirements
Min 2-3 years of experience preferably in project finance
Education CA /MBA - Finance as major
Skills: Excel (expert level), ppt (intermediate), word (intermediate)
Behavioral Traits & Personality Requirements
Has keen eye for details
High business acumen
Go-getter to close tasks on time as per desired quality
Skills : documentation,excel,ppt
