  • Knowledge on Avaya Console
  • Migration of Avaya/Cisco to Team including enterprise
  • Configuration of New user profile
  • Configuration of User voice mail profile
  • Reset of Voice Mail Password
  • Display configuration changes
  • Speed dial Configuration
  • Call Forward setup
  • Outbound Calling Restrictions
  • Call Pickup Group Configuration
  • Swapping of Numbers based on the user desk location changes
  • Knowledge and experience on MS Teams voice
  • Conduct MS teams network assessment for MS teams voice
  • Knowledge on products like Cisco Jabber/Polycom is
  • Understanding of Voice technologies like TDM, SIP, QOS
  • ITIL operational awareness and (Incident/Request/Change/Problem Management)
  • Knowledge and experience in
  • Good Communications skills and presentation skills
