- Knowledge on Avaya Console
- Migration of Avaya/Cisco to Team including enterprise
- Configuration of New user profile
- Configuration of User voice mail profile
- Reset of Voice Mail Password
- Display configuration changes
- Speed dial Configuration
- Call Forward setup
- Outbound Calling Restrictions
- Call Pickup Group Configuration
- Swapping of Numbers based on the user desk location changes
- Knowledge and experience on MS Teams voice
- Conduct MS teams network assessment for MS teams voice
- Knowledge on products like Cisco Jabber/Polycom is
- Understanding of Voice technologies like TDM, SIP, QOS
- ITIL operational awareness and (Incident/Request/Change/Problem Management)
- Knowledge and experience in
- Good Communications skills and presentation skills
