• Being the go-to person for sales for technically complex cases and larger projects where product management expertise is required, independent product selection and know how to complete offering portfolio, preparing the market material for digital offerings, advanced and value proposition for promoting offerings
• Ensuring complete and timely quotes, making sure average response time for offers does not exceed 2days, preparing technical and commercial offers for standard products, discussing with customer to finalize order and ensuring professional templates are used
• Updating databases
• (Customer, Supplier, Risk Review, ABB install base tools), coordinating with sales team to ensure ontime order booking, time sheet entry and revenue, coordinating with partners for training, price list, offers and orders
• Participating in conferences, workshops, lunch and learn sessions, conducting training sessions for customers and key stakeholders, supporting order handlers and project managers in execution where applicable, providing support for receivables collection
• Having acuracy and speed for ensuring ontime offering with zero errors, having availability and responsiveness beyond working hours to support critical customer requests such as emergency shutdowns, warranty cases, failures and related immediate support requests
• Updating for SFDC and sales tools for ensuring proper sales pipeline management, documenting orders and contracts for ensuring professional hand over to operations, contributing to sales winning strategy with best in class sales and technical support
• Preparing FCM and costing sheets in full alignment with sales, operations, SCM and controlling, working closely with sales in formulating strategies, collaborating with all business functions like SCM, controlling HSE and operations
