Our Client is looking for an Industrial Cleaning Manager for a role largely based in Dublin and the greater Dublin area. The role will involve leading a team of Industrial cleaners, largely engaged in Window washing but also some power washing and other industrial cleaning duties.

The Role:

The Role will primarily involve leading the team of Industrial cleaners and reporting to Management on progress. It will also involve some of the following activilites:

• Quoting for works to be completed
• Ensure industrial cleaning staff carry out their duties to the required standards.
• Monitor and complete accurate registration of attendances and the rescheduling of industrial cleaning staff to cover absences.
• In conjunction with the Site Client, achieve fair distribution of duties, which may include redeploying cleaning assistance where necessary.
• Take responsibility for making all industrial cleaning staff aware of and familiar with the correct use of all equipment and materials.
• Ensure a timely stock re-ordering process is in place.
• Promote Health and Safety within the team and raise awareness amongst all staff of appropriate Health and Safety Regulations.
• Providing any form of required assistance to industrial cleaners while they carry out their duties.
• Carry out cleaning duties for cover or when required. Any other duties commensurate with the post.

Requirements:

The Candidate will come from a Cleaning background, ideally industrial cleaning. Experience carrying out this type of work, is required. The candidate will also:

• Beable to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, flexibility and patience.
• Makes wise decisions on the spot when answering questions in a variety of different circumstances
• Communicates effectively with the management team, using their time to maximum advantage.
• Be a results oriented individual, seeking to provide excellent serivice and motivate and grow the team while adhering to best practice and being mindful of all health and safety matters.
